Remove PDF documents from upstream sourcedfsg/3.0+dfsg.4dfsg/latest

It is not obvious that the upstream authors intend to license these
papers under the BSD-3-clause license. Moreover, as already typeset
PDFs, they're not in the preferred form of modification.
